A serial entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in managing businesses in hospitality, transportation, entertainment and another projects. He began his career with a small chain of boutique hotels, later developing successful projects in the taxi and car rental industries (with a fleet of up to 150 vehicles). Vladimir also served as a managing partner of a cyber arena and a lounge bar.
After two years in crisis management, Vladimir sold his businesses in 2021 and moved to Thailand, where he has spent the past four years developing projects in real estate and hospitality. He currently manages up to 27 properties, including 15 homes leased long-term across two of his own resorts.
The project he is developing today is based on a deep understanding of the market and his personal experience in building sustainable business models. His mission is to establish a long-term business structure in the Asian real estate sector — with stable and predictable profitability.

Throughout my years of work and life in Thailand, I have carefully developed this concept — searching for partners, finding solutions, and deliberately avoiding the path of standard development.
My goal as an entrepreneur is to create on this island a high-quality, meaningful, and long-term product — built on deep philosophy and a true understanding of what my guests really need.
